1. Go to BoomerangFX
2. Click on Patients on the left bar menu
3. Click on Waitlisted Patients
4. This page will show a list of the patients who are currently waitlisted
The user may search through the list if there is a large number of patients in the wait list.
5. The waitlist is automated
Once a timeslot opens for a specific treatment, the next patient waitlisted for the same treatment is automatically identified and pulled into a potential booking in that timeslot. This patient is instantly sent an email to confirm the booking and will have 24 hours to confirm. Once the patient confirms, the new booking will consequently appear in the scheduler. If the patient does not confirm, or declines the booking opportunity, the next waitlisted patient with the same treatment is notified.
